Can I Move Content from a Low-Tier Channel to a High-Tier Channel?

Channel consolidation between two channels in the same Tier, such as two channels in the Gold Tier, that have similar niche content, may be permitted. This will be subject to Pornhub’s approval, on a case-by-case basis.
